Most exchanges complete in 5-15 minutes. Delays may occur during network congestion or blockchain confirmations. If your exchange takes longer than 30 minutes, please contact support with your Order ID.
Unfortunately, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once sent to the blockchain, we cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses. Always double-check addresses before sending.
