Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ChangeCoinPay ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our cryptocurrency exchange service at changecoinpay.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not prohibited by law from using cryptocurrency services
• You are not located in a restricted jurisdiction (see Section 3)
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Service Description

ChangeCoinPay provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregation service that:

• Facilitates instant swaps between 500+ cryptocurrencies
• Aggregates rates from multiple exchange providers
• Does not require user registration or KYC verification
• Never holds, stores, or has access to your cryptocurrency funds
• Charges a service fee of 0.5% per transaction (subject to change)

3. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

Our Service is NOT available to residents or users in the following jurisdictions:

• United States of America (all states)
• Countries subject to UN, US, EU, or UK sanctions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba)
• Any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency exchange services are prohibited by law

By using the Service, you confirm you are not located in or a resident of a restricted jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service based on IP address geolocation.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Wallet Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of wallet addresses before initiating exchanges
• Ensuring the destination address supports the cryptocurrency you are receiving
• Confirming network compatibility (e.g., BEP20, ERC20, TRC20)

We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Transactions involving stolen or illegally obtained funds
• Circumventing any restrictions or technical limitations of the Service

4.3 Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallets and private keys
• Ensuring your device and internet connection are secure
• Protecting order IDs and transaction details from unauthorized access

5. Service Fees

We charge a 0.5% service fee on each exchange transaction. This fee is:

• Calculated as a percentage of the exchanged amount
• Automatically deducted from the final amount you receive
• Subject to change with 7 days' notice on our website

Network fees (blockchain transaction fees) are separate and are included in the estimated amount shown before you confirm an exchange.

6. Transaction Process and Risks

6.1 How Exchanges Work

1. You select the cryptocurrencies to exchange and enter the destination address
2. We display an estimated rate and final amount
3. You send cryptocurrency to the provided deposit address
4. Our partner exchange (ChangeNOW) processes the swap
5. You receive the exchanged cryptocurrency at your destination address

6.2 Transaction Times

• Most exchanges complete in 5-15 minutes
• Blockchain confirmation times vary by network
• Delays may occur during network congestion or high volatility

6.3 Exchange Rate Risks

Important: Exchange rates are estimated and may fluctuate due to:

• Market volatility
• Liquidity changes
• Blockchain network conditions

The final exchange rate is determined when the transaction is processed. We do not guarantee fixed rates.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible.

• Once you send cryptocurrency to the deposit address, the exchange cannot be cancelled
• Refunds are generally not possible due to the nature of blockchain transactions
• In exceptional cases (technical errors on our end), we may attempt recovery, but we cannot guarantee success

If you believe there is an error with your transaction, contact support immediately with your order ID.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for:
  • Funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses
  • Losses due to exchange rate fluctuations
  • Delays caused by blockchain networks
  • Hacks, theft, or loss of your cryptocurrency wallets
  • Third-party exchange provider failures (ChangeNOW)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific transaction in question

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate the Service at any time
• Refuse service to any user for any reason
• Modify, limit, or discontinue features
• Conduct maintenance with or without notice

10. Intellectual Property

All content on changecoinpay.com, including:

• Text, graphics, logos, and design
• Software, code, and APIs
• Trademarks and branding

...are the exclusive property of ChangeCoinPay or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer our software
• Use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement

11. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services, including:

• ChangeNOW: Exchange processing
• Cloudflare: Security and CDN

These services are governed by their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or breaches.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, please contact our support team:

We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.

12.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Class action lawsuits are waived.

13. AML/KYC Compliance

While we do not require KYC for standard exchanges, we:

• Comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately upon posting on our website
• With notice for material changes (30 days' notice)

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion without notice

Upon termination, these Terms continue to apply to completed transactions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
